Which?

Created through a D&AD brief, this project was to promote the company Which? to a younger audience. I decided that a humorous approach would be best by using everyday themes that they would encounter.

Commitment

This poster was the result of me showing how a commitment is made when a person decides to go to a music festival. Obviously, there are a lot of high points during these times but there are also many horrible things that an individual will have to do. In the form of an existing festival poster (the Reading Festival), I changed the band names to all the bad things experienced at a festival as well as choosing an appropriate typeface.

Pamporovo

This was a self initiated brief where I created multiple designs for a mountain resort called Pamporovo in Bulgaria. The ski and snowboard resort needed an identity, as well as leaflets, passes and a website designed for it. The first two designs show a double sided mountain guide, which skiers and snowboarders would use on the mountains as help. The third design shows the lift passes, and the fourth shows the homepage to the website. Hotel leaflets and phone applications were also designed and created. The idea was to show a modern, yet classy resort, so all the designs were fit in and around those specifications.

Weobley High School

These designs were created for Weobley High School. Initially, only the completion of a logo was asked for but after further talks with the client letterheads and business cards were created. The idea was to try create a modern look for the school but to also keep a historic feel to them too.

Department for Children, Schools and Families

This campaign came through a YCN brief and the aim was to help young people between the age of 13-16
understand the long-term dangers of alcohol consumption at a young age. The first piece is a poster, which was designed in such a way that it would try to relate directly to the target audience. I wanted to create designs like ones they would see everyday at school. This piece poses as an exam paper, but with a twist. The questions are ones that relate to alcohol, but are worded in ways that a normal exam paper would be structured. The whole layout also represents the layout of a real exam paper. The second piece was a billboard design, and the theme was the same except this time I did this through a single question, like one a teacher may post on a whiteboard in a lesson.

Measure of Swine Flu

These boarding passes were the result of a project where I had to show how Swine Flu had spread throughout the world. Each pass shows how the virus left and entered each continent, with correct dates and case numbers. Look closely at the stamps on each pass to see the number of cases for each of the countries on the specific dates.

CLD

This was a poster I created for a company for CLD. The aim was to make aware to young people that they can talk to the company about any problems that they have.

Hostile

This is a poster I created for a Metal Band called Hostile for their first appearance at a major music festival in 2008.

I have also created their website as well as various other projects for them. Visit their website (below):
